Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with company goals and objectives to accelerate revenue growth and market expansion
  • Lead commercial initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, new products, and expansion opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive data-based commercial decision-making and create detailed business plans
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with department heads, external partners, vendors, and strategic clients to drive commercial success
  • Set and monitor financial targets, revenue projections, and commercial budgets to ensure sustainable growth and profitability
  • Oversee enterprise-wide commercial performance metrics and implement improvements to maximize output, efficiency, and profitability
  • Lead, build, and develop high-performing commercial teams
  • Establish and drive innovative marketing strategies to effectively promote Medicine and Medical Products
  • Evaluate and optimize the organizational structure within the commercial function to align with short- and long-term business plans
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and others divisions to ensure effective execution of commercial strategies and foster a productive, high-performance culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Minimum 1015 years of experience in commercial roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership / C-level position
  • Proven experience in hospitals or within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry is highly preferred
  • Strong track record in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of hospital business dynamics and healthcare regulations
  • Strong network within hospitals, healthcare providers, and key industry stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing Sales and Marketing Communication teams
  • Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at executive and board levels
