Chief Accounting

The Chief Accounting is responsible for overseeing the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, cash flow monitoring, and internal financial controls. This role ensures accurate and timely financial information to support business decisions and maintain the financial health of the padel club or sports facility.

The position also oversees revenue reconciliation from court bookings, memberships, coaching sessions, tournaments, merchandise sales, and food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Monitor revenue from court bookings, memberships, coaching, tournaments, and F&B.
• Reconcile bank accounts, POS transactions, and booking systems.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, expenses, and cost control.
• Ensure tax compliance and coordinate audits.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management.
• Supervise the accounting team and maintain internal financial controls.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting principles.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
• Experience in padel sport is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, honest, analytical, and able to meet deadlines.
