Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Chief Accountant with strong knowledge of tax regulations, tax compliance, and financial management. This incumbent will oversee all accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth together with Director of Finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily accounting operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement together with Director of Finance
- Ensure compliance with tax regulation and all tax law
- Monitor internal controls and financial procedures
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
- Ensure timely and correctly financial report to management
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Indonesian citizen, with 2+ years in an accounting management position
- Strong knowledge of tax regulation and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work and communicate in English and Indonesian language
- Proficiency in Excel and Word, experience in respective accounting software is a plus
