Role Description

This is a full-time/part-time on-site role for a Chemistry Teacher at USG Education, located in Jakarta. The Chemistry Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality chemistry lessons in accordance with the Pearson Edexcel IGCSE curriculum. Daily tasks include lesson planning, conducting engaging classroom sessions, assessing and evaluating student progress, and providing additional support to students as needed. The teacher will also collaborate with other faculty members to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Chemistry Education and Physics
• Proficient in Lesson Planning and Teaching
• Proficient in English as language of instruction
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience with the Pearson Edexcel IGCSE curriculum is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Education, Chemistry, or related field
• Ability to motivate and inspire students
• Prior teaching experience in an international education setting is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
