Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Chef De Partie based in Denpasar. The Chef De Partie is responsible for leading a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. Primary tasks include preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes according to menu specifications, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, and supervising junior staff. The role also involves coordinating with other sections of the kitchen to ensure smooth service and maintaining food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and plating techniques
  • Ability to handle food safety, hygiene protocols, and maintain cleanliness standards
  • Strong team coordination, leadership skills, and mentoring abilities
  • Capable of managing time effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Understanding of kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
  • Creativity in food presentation and menu development is a plus
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Relevant culinary certifications or training are advantageous
