Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef De Partie (Bakery) located in Bali, Indonesia. The Chef De Partie (Bakery) will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, maintaining inventory and ordering supplies, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met, and assisting with menu development. Additional responsibilities include training and supervising junior kitchen staff and assisting with special event catering as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in baking techniques and preparation of various bakery items
  • Knowledge of inventory management and supply ordering
  • Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Experience in menu development and creative baking
  • Ability to train and supervise junior kitchen staff
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Relevant culinary certification or degree is preferred
