Qualifications
- Proven experience in 5-star or luxury resorts
- Proficiency in Mediterranean cuisines
- Ability to use software for inventory management, food costing, and menu printing
- Ability to troubleshoot kitchen equipment failures or ingredient shortages without stressing the guests
- The ability to be professional and friendly when spoken to
- Fluency in English is usually required
