Greetings from Rich Products Indonesia! We're looking for a Temporary Chef Ambassador. This role will be on a 4-month contract (MayAugust) and will support our culinary and marketing initiatives through product application, recipe development, and customer engagement.

This role combines culinary expertise, product knowledge, and creative collaboration to support marketing campaigns, strengthen product positioning, and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1) Digital Marketing

- Develop new recipes aligned with current product lines and marketing campaigns

- Participate in photo and video shoots, including appearing as on-camera talent

- Provide input on food styling, plating, and visual direction to ensure alignment with brand standards

- Collaborate with creative and production teams during content development

2) Product Marketing

- Provide insights for new product development (R&D)

- Conduct internal and external training sessions on product usage and recipe applications

- Recommend menu improvements and support consistency in product execution

- Demonstrate product applications and support customer training

- Participate in events, product demonstrations, and marketing campaigns

Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Baking & Pastry, Food Technology, or related fields

- 12 years of experience in bakery/pastry kitchens or product application roles

- Strong skills in recipe development, baking techniques, and food presentation

- Experience in customer demonstrations, food styling, or culinary content creation is preferred

- Well-presented and comfortable appearing on camera for content and live demonstrations

- Familiar with content production (photo/video shooting)

- Creative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

- Basic to intermediate English (written and spoken)

- Flexible to support events, training sessions, and marketing activities

- Comfortable working in both kitchen and commercial environments
