Job Description:

Analyze chatbot transcripts to identify issues and propose improvements.
Coordinate and monitor sentiment surveys across countries.
Evaluate chatbot features against global competitors and identify improvement areas.
Classify historical chat data to build a structured Q&A repository.
Label datasets with relevant tags (intent, sentiment, etc.) for machine learning use.
Assist in compiling requirements, coordinating rollouts, and collecting post-launch feedback.

Requirements:

Strong research skills, especially in analyzing external platforms and competitors
Ability to transform unstructured data into clear, actionable insights
Proficient in data analysis, quality assurance, and competitive benchmarking
Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
Excellent communication and coordination across teams
Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently
