Channel Sales Engineer (Sell Out)
Role Description
1. Channel Partner Enablement & Training
Conduct Product & Sales Training: Organize and lead regular training sessions for partner sales teams on new and existing products, key features, competitive advantages, and unique selling propositions.
Sales Tool Development: Create and distribute effective sales collateral, including product brochures, demo, and presentation that partners can use directly with their end-user clients.
Technical Support Liaison: Act as the first line of support for partners technical questions, working closely with the internal technical team to provide timely solutions.
2. Relationship & Portfolio Management
Key Account Management for Partners: Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with the dealer owner and their sales teams.
New Partner Onboarding: Searching for new, high-potential dealers to expand market coverage.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
-Experience in IT / video surveillance or technology industry is a plus
-Fluent in English, Can speak Mandarin/Chinese is a plus point.
-Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
-Proven Sales skills and ability to drive sales growth
-Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
-Channel Sales, Sales, and Communication skills
-Experience working in Technology company
-Ability to work on-site in the [region]
