Job Description

Position Overview:

The International Channel Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding Company's channel partner network to drive revenue growth, support in enhancing brand value and market penetration across global markets. This role involves identifying potential channel partners, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships to ensure mutual success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in international sales and channel management, strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Role & Responsibility:

The list of role and responsibilities of the Channel Sales Manager are as follows.

1. Channel Development

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, system integrators, MSPs, and resellers across Indonesia.

• Develop a strong partner ecosystem to expand Company's market presence.

• Build and execute a partner go-to-market strategy to generate consistent pipeline and revenue.

• Proactively Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand

2. Partner Management

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners and distributors.

• Work closely with partners to develop joint sales opportunities and customer engagement plans.

3. Revenue Generation

• Drive new business through partner-led sales opportunities.

• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets through channel partners.

• Support partners in customer meetings, demonstrations, proposal development, and deal closures.

4. Independent Lead Generation

• Proactively generate new leads and sales opportunities independently through prospecting, networking, industry events, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.

• Build and maintain a healthy direct sales pipeline.

• Identify and engage enterprise prospects and decision makers to create opportunities that can later be executed through channel partners.

5. Deal Management & Negotiation

• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal structuring with partners and customers.

• Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and deal registration.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in international sales and channel management.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share through channel partners.

• Strong understanding of international markets and cultural nuances.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonalskills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
