Job Description
- Lead, manage, and motivate channel sales teams across assigned regions, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Develop and execute channel sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners to ensure effective channel management.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics; monitor results and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Drive sell-in and sell-out performance across channels by identifying opportunities and optimizing distribution coverage.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective execution of promotions, campaigns, and in-store visibility.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure operational excellence in channel execution, including stock availability, merchandising, and compliance with brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in consumer electronics, IT hardware, or laptop industry
- Experience managing distributors, resellers, and modern trade channels
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving channel growth
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
