Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and maintain store inventory
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning at store
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives/sales
  • Analyze product performance at store and giving out solutions to achieve sales target
  • Coordinate with Product Management team for developing promotion plan to boost sales target
  • Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
  • Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs if it is needed

Requirements :

  • Proven minimum 5 years experience as a Channel Management/Sales Operation/Key Account is required for this position
  • Good math skills with the ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
  • Good excel skill : Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot
  • Proficiency in English is a must (written & oral)
  • Experienced from Retail industry especially HP accessories or FMCG industry
  • Tech Savvy (up to date with current gadget trend or HP accessories)
  • Has experience in promotion field
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical thinking & good Problem-solving attitude, negotiation & relationship management with channels
  • Willing to travel
  • Willing to work in West Jakarta Office (full WFO)
