Build channel roles / segmentation, value propositions and fences (between each channel). Develop and maintain each channel scorecard.
Develop and refresh price-pack architecture by channel/occasion.
Prepare and own promo guidance, guardrails and economics, define mechanics and ROI thresholds as well as exception governance (including rationale and approvals).
Set assortment guidance and fences.
Assist in designing accounts and partners scorecard and tiers.
Build channel dashboards and reporting cadence.
Design and plan strategic programs and promotions with Trade Marketing including trade promo, consumer promo, sampling, SPG, and POSM).
Monitor leakage, conflict risks, non-compliance trends of each channel. Develop corrective actions with related departments and escalate systemic issues
Provide Trade Marketing & Promotion Department with promo and program briefs (economics, fences, KPIs).
Collaborate with Marketing Department in translating brand strategy into channel strategy.
Strategically identify and drive the expansion of the product mix within existing channel, ensuring the assortments are effective and can optimize channel performance, as well as feasible to be supported by the Company.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key suppliers, managing trading terms and performance.
Develop, control, and monitor the budget for all channel programs and initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximum return on investment (ROI).
Qualification
Minimum 5 years of experience in Channel Development in major FMCG, multi-brand restaurant/bakery chain or retail
Experience in pricing/promo, channel and go-to-market strategy
Advanced analytical capabilities, structured problem solving and negotiation skills
Understanding of distribution models and logistics flows
Proficiency in Excel/Sheet, familiarity with PowerBI is an advantage
Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
