Manage the CEO's calendar end-to-end — scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing appointments to reflect strategic priorities and protect high-leverage time.
Organize and manage executive leadership meetings, board meetings, and company-wide all-hands. Set agendas, capture action items, and hold leaders accountable for deadlines.
Craft high-stakes internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO, including board decks, key presentations, and company memos.
Draft CEO speeches, talking points, and briefing materials for public appearances, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
Conduct research and competitive intelligence to prepare the CEO for meetings, negotiations, and external engagements.
Attend select meetings in the CEO's stead to listen, synthesize, and report back with clear recommendations.
Act as a sounding board for the CEO and the broader leadership team, ensuring business units are aligned on corporate strategy and KPIs.
Manage and represent the CEO in select external relationships — including partners, vendors, and key stakeholders — with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements :
Min. 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate strategy or operations role.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
Understanding of key business metrics.
Ability to take large volumes of unstructured information and synthesize them into clear, structured summaries or presentations.
Expert capability in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects under strict deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive alignment across functions without direct authority.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness in handling confidential matters.
