About the Role:

We are hiring for a CEO Office Manager to support the CEO Office team in executing strategic priorities across multiple functions and business units. This role sits at the center of the organization, driving high-impact initiatives and ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.

Job Description:

  • Conduct data analysis and market/industry research to support strategic decision-making
  • Develop strategic initiatives and translate them into actionable execution plans
  • Monitor and track the implementation of key projects and company-wide initiatives
  • Evaluate outcomes, identify gaps, and continuously refine strategies to improve performance
  • Evaluate current business operations to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve productivity, cost management, and quality

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in management consulting or a relevant strategy/operations role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
