Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef de Partie (Bakery) located in Bali, Indonesia. The CDP Bakery will oversee daily bakery production and ensure high-quality standards for all baked goods, including bread and pastries. Responsibilities include preparing a variety of baked products, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, training junior team members, and adhering to food safety regulations. Collaboration with the culinary team to develop new recipes and maintain consistency is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques
  • Experience in preparing a variety of baked goods, including Cookies and Bread
  • Strong skills in Food Preparation
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
  • Ability to work in a team and take direction effectively
  • Professional culinary training or relevant certifications in baking are advantageous
  • Experience in a bakery, pastry-focused environment, or fine dining establishment is a plus
