Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Chef de Partie (Bakery) located in Bali, Indonesia. The CDP Bakery will oversee daily bakery production and ensure high-quality standards for all baked goods, including bread and pastries. Responsibilities include preparing a variety of baked products, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, training junior team members, and adhering to food safety regulations. Collaboration with the culinary team to develop new recipes and maintain consistency is also a key part of the role.
