2. Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta, a historic landmark hotel of Indonesia.
3. Kempinski Private Residences, a first-class serviced residential tower jointly managed with Kempinski Hoteliers.

Currently PT. Grand Indonesia is looking for a CCTV Leader with the following requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electronic Engineering, Security Management, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CCTV Operations in property management such as shopping centers, 5-star hotels, or office buildings.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CCTV software, access control systems, radio communication, and security equipment.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Have relevant professional certifications such as CCTV Operations, Security Management are an advantage.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
Job Descriptions:
- Oversee continuous live monitoring of CCTV cameras across business units.
- Coordinate with related internal departments and CCTV vendors for operational support, installation, repairs, asset disposal, and other CCTV-related matters.
- Manage CCTV assets, including inventory control, data summaries, administrative documentation, disposal reporting, and maintenance of updated As-Built Drawings.
- Develop and update CCTV placement plans, risk analysis data, and evaluation reports on system performance and equipment conditions.
- Monitor live CCTV surveillance, proactively report real-time site conditions, and escalate non-compliance behaviours to on-site team and supervisors.
- Support incident handling by coordinating with PICs and external parties, providing CCTV footage, real-time updates, timely data access, and preparing incident-related reports.
- Ensure proper completion of recording-request forms and prepare monthly reports on CCTV issues.
