Job Description

Responsibilities

Create Purchase Orders for suppliers based on inventory & demand planning forecasts from the Supply Chain and Sales Strategy teams.
Maintain relationships and communication with suppliers to understand their constraints, product availability, and MOQ requirements.
Negotiate with suppliers on Buying Price, Promotion, and Delivery schedules.
Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of buying prices, fulfillment rates, lead times, and supplier performance metrics.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Downstream, QC, Finance, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth flow.
Manage the administrative process for new SKU creation and system setup.

Requirements

Minimum a Bachelor's Degree with a strong academic background, i.e. a GPA > 3.00. Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome.
Data-driven and good with numbers.
Strong intellectual curiosity, proactive mindset, attention to detail, a structured approach to problem-solving, and excellent negotiation skills.
Able to manage daily conversations with suppliers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Willing to WFO (Hybrid Arragement) to Segari's Head Office in Cirendeu.
