Job Description
- Business partners and analytics-driven specialists for identifying incremental business revenue and volume potential through quantitative methodology by developing actionable insights, identification of business opportunities, and becoming key enablers as a revenue generator for Credit Card, Personal Loan Mortgage, and Auto Loan Business
- Formulating various business insights through the use of analytics-driven methodology and scoring method to identify business opportunities
- Complete preparation of business insights framework from opportunities gathering, data sizing, business presentation, and revenue/ volume impact analysis
- Exploring new business opportunities to increase business campaign leads based on a regular basis for card & lending business by implementing a relevant data statistic modeling approach
- Collaborate with a business partner for the execution phase while adopting business goals for contact rate and response rate
- Regular review in accordance with data security guidelines and adequate control management
- Active participation in related projects involving DM including process improvement review for existing workflow for better turnaround and improve efficiency and effectivity
- Ensure data security, integrity, and distribution according to existing regulations regarding data management, retention, and information security
- Full compliance with data management, security, and distribution
Qualifications & Work Experience :
- Bachelor&aposs / Master&aposs Degree in Statistics/Mathematics, Computer/Information Technology, or Quantitative Economics/Finance
- Relevant Work Experience: Min 5 years of analytics experience (banking or non banking analytics) is required and minimum of 1 years in Big Data use case implementation Economics/Finance
Technical Skills
- Data analytics or Modeling experience preferably in SAS / SQL / HUE / R / Phyton
- Have exposure or working experience with Big Data platform (i.e: R language, Hadoop, etc), inclusive of machine learning, experimental design, and optimization
- Have experience in hands on development of propensity models, market using logistic regression and multi-variate regression
- Have experience in Digital Analytics and Digital Analytics Platform (eg: Adobe Analytics, DMP, Appsflyer, MoEngage , SiteCore etc)
- Have experience in building dashboard using Data visualization tools: Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI
- Preferred:
- Strong business domain knowledge in Consumer Banking or Corporate Banking
- Solid critical thinking and analytical skills to work well with numbers and complex data
- Experience for handling and analyzing big amount of data for better information and insights
