Job Description
1. Team & Process Management
- Lead and develop the Campaign Operations team for smooth campaign delivery.
- Build and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and scale a diverse and growing team.
2. Campaign Execution & Performance
- Oversee end-to-end execution of multi-vertical client campaigns.
- Ensure timely, goal-aligned, and compliant campaign launches.
- Optimize performance using data insights to enhance systems and SOPs
3. Stakeholder Coordination
- Partner with Business Development to turn client needs into clear campaign plans.
- Deliver reports, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
- Communicate proactively and execute independently.
4. Quality Control & Problem Solving
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency in campaign delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues quickly.
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improved SOPs and best practices.
5. System Building & Adaptability
- Build and refine operational systems as the business scales.
- Stay adaptable and open to new tools, ideas, and processes.
- Design, test, and implement new operational frameworks to support growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in campaign operations, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience managing and developing teams.
- Excellent project management, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Mandatory: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to rapid changes.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance optimization.
- Highly proactive, independent, and capable of taking full ownership end-to-end.
- Passion for building systems from scratch and experimenting with new approaches as the business evolves.
