Campaign Operations Specialist

About the Role

As ourCampaign Operations Specialist, you will support the execution and monitoring of promotional campaigns across both online and offline channels at YesssCredit. This role focuses on day-to-day campaign operations, performance tracking, and coordination with internal teams to ensure promotions run smoothly and accurately. You will also assist in basic cost tracking and reporting, helping improve campaign effectiveness through structured execution and data support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execute promotional campaigns across online and offline channels, including digital platforms, social media, field sales, and partner outlets.
• Assist in monitoring campaign performance using basic metrics such as participation, conversion, and usage, and flag issues or anomalies.
• Support daily social media campaign execution, including content scheduling, posting, engagement tracking, and simple performance reporting.
• Assist in tracking promotional costs, subsidies, and vendor expenses to ensure data accuracy and support cost efficiency reviews.
• Prepare routine campaign reports and maintain campaign documentation, including timelines, execution records, and post-campaign summaries.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in campaign execution, promotion, marketing operations, or related roles; exposure to offline promotions is a plus.
• Comfortable working with data and excel to track campaign performance, costs, and subsidies.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

We are a lean operations team that supports YesssCredit's promotional and campaign execution across both online and offline channels. The team works closely with sales, marketing, product, and finance to ensure campaigns run smoothly, accurately, and on time. This role is offered on a 6-month contract basis, with potential for contract extension or conversion to a permanent role, subject to individual performance.
