Responsibilities:
Managing oleochemical operations to meet production objectives.
You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:
- Assuring the timely output of a oleochemical production.
- Ensuring operations meet all production/customer commitments, quality standards and customer specifications.
- Maintaining a safe working environment for personnel by providing training, equipment or operation changes, equipment maintenance, and meetings on safety.
- Upholding company rules and regulations of employment.
- Providing an accurate production and operation reports and document.
- Informing and interacting with all levels of management through timely and effective communications.
- Controlling and reducing production costs through process/yield improvements, and scheduling to achieve rapid turnaround time.
- Initiating process improvements, cost control procedures and yield improvements to enhance the overall efficiency and cost effectiveness of production operations.
To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
- A degree in the related job field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
- Willing to relocate to the job location.
