Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver and exceed business targets of fuel and non-fuel
  2. Conduct SWOT analysis and implement improvement plans where necessary.
  3. Conduct structured site visits using planning and reporting tools (e.g., call cycle planning, site visit reports, business reviews).
  4. Ensure operational compliance with Site Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Oversee site maintenance programs and validate completion of required legal documents.
  6. Lead and coordinate new site opening projects.
  7. Dealer & Staff Management
  8. Act as the primary contact for dealers for operational site, fostering strong and transparent relationships.
  9. Recognize and reward good performance, address underperformance swiftly and fairly.
  10. Lead by example in the application of HSSE policies and standards.
  11. Conduct regular HSSE reviews, ensuring all sites meet safety and environmental requirements.
  12. Ensure organizational alignment to support operational and business growth
  13. Ensure dealer operations comply with contractual obligations, legal frameworks, and Indonesian regulatory standards.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all operational sites.
  15. Provide timely and accurate performance reports, market analyses, and operational updates to the Head Office.
  16. Communicate site and customer feedback to head office teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in retail operations or similar field, with at least 23 years in a management role.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven commercial acumen with strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Negotiation and stakeholder management expertise.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in Bahasa Indonesia; fluent or good command of English.
  • Advanced understanding of finance, administration, and reporting.
  • High responsiveness to customer and dealer needs.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
