Role Description

SECOMS International is supporting one of our hotel partners located in Denpasar, Bali, in the recruitment of daily worker Butler.

The Butler will play a key role in delivering professional, attentive, and discreet guest service while maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and operational coordination. This role requires close collaboration with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth and personalized guest experience throughout each stay.

Key Responsibilities

- Support consistent guest satisfaction and service standardss

- Prepare rooms according to hotel standards and guest preferences

- Respond to guest requests promptly and discreetly

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams

- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service quality

Qualifications

1. Strong hospitality service skills with high attention to detail

2. Knowledge of room preparation, cleaning standards, and basic property operations

3. Professional communication and interpersonal skills

4. Good problem-solving and organizational abilities

5. Previous experience in hospitality or related roles is an advantage

6. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

7. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent

8. Hospitality or service-related certifications are beneficial
