Business System Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into BRD and FSD.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support system integration and architecture design.
• Utilize JIRA and Confluence for documentation and workflow management.
• Perform data queries and analysis using SQL (Intermediate to Advanced level).
• Support projects involving backend systems and/or frontend applications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects (minimum duration of 6 months).
• Good knowledge of system architecture and integration flows.
• Skilled in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD).
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with SQL queries.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing or leading project teams.
