About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business System Analyst to join our team and support various system integration and digital application projects. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, technical understanding, and the ability to bridge communication between business and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into BRD and FSD documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design system architecture and ensure smooth system integration.
- Manage documentation and workflow through JIRA and Confluence.
- Perform data queries and analysis using SQL (Intermediate to Advanced).
- Support both backend and frontend application projects.
- Lead and coordinate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with proven ability to handle projects independently.
- Strong background in digital applications, particularly in lead management systems.
- Proficient in SQL queries (Intermediate level or above).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience guiding and mentoring teams.
- High level of ownership and accountability for deliverables.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
