SOLUSIKU is a fast-growing P2P Lending platform committed to providing innovative and responsible financial solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Business Support - Mandarin Speaker to join our growing team. In this role, you will support daily business operations.
Responsibilities :
- Able to understand the overall business process and coordinate and communicate smoothly with different departments.
- Able to translate a variety of documents accurately based on requirements, including but not limited to emails, reports, legal documents, and marketing materials. Fluency in spoken Mandarin is preferred.
- Able to provide support to business operation departments and edit operational and compliance documents according to guidance and instructions.
- Able to deliver information and instructions correctly, ensuring there are no communication barriers caused by language differences or misunderstandings.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the Supervisor and handle emergency matters when required.
Qualifications :
- Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major. Candidates with relevant Mandarin Translation, Linguistics certifications, related fields, or equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in Indonesian listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to communicate effectively in Indonesian.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional working environment.
- Confident at work, detail-oriented, and skilled in identifying and analyzing problems.
- Strong pioneering and innovative mindset with flexible adaptability.
- Cheerful personality with good teamwork and communication skills.
- Proficient in operating Microsoft Office applications.
