Job Description

Business Development (BD) Supervisor

What You Will Do

We are currently looking for a BD Supervisor. In this role, you will drive the achievement of business objectives by leading sales initiatives, expanding client relationships, and ensuring revenue growth across the company's business development and sales functions.Take a look at some of the key responsibilities for this role:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing pipelines, converting leads, and closing deals.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Strengthen client relationships by maintaining regular communication, understanding client needs, and providing solutions that deliver value.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to ensure the company remains competitive and agile.
  • Implement and own OKRs/targets to align with company revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to support business growth and client success.
  • Report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline health to management regularly.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by business needs.

Requirements And Specifications

In order to carry out the obligations well, we need someone who has specific knowledge and abilities in a specific area. To make it easier, there are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • 4 years working experience in total with minimum 1-2 years in Education Technology industry
  • Have experience with loyalty, cashback or points management
  • Familiar with consumer behaviour
  • About three years of proven sales experience in business or a related area
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
  • Understand how points management system work in most travel company
  • Have engaged in partnership with 3rd partners/clients in order to increase use case of usage, payment or points
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
  • Basic knowledge on P&L (P&L ownership is preferred)
