We are looking for a
Business Strategy Manager who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just execute tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Own and define key problem statements for the watch business, the company's largest revenue contributor
- Support the Senior Manager in shaping overall business strategy and priorities
- Translate strategy into clear initiatives, workplans, and milestones
- Act as day-to-day project owner and PMO to ensure initiatives are executed on time
- Work closely with business unit heads and functional teams (Retail, Digital, Marketing, Ops, Customer Experience, Procurement) to drive execution
- Align multiple stakeholders and unblock issues without direct authority
- Track progress, risks, and outcomes, and prepare structured updates for leadership
- Ensure initiatives move from idea to execution with measurable business impact
Requirement & Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or special projects roles
- Background in consulting with experience transitioning into an operating or execution-focused role
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
- Confident communicator able to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Data-literate and comfortable using data to support decision-making (with analyst support)
- Experience in consumer, retail, marketplace, or luxury businesses is a strong plus
