We are looking for a Business Strategy Assistant Manager who takes responsibility naturally, thinks in outcomes and wants to build, improve, and scale — not just execute tasks.

What You Will Own
- Support the Manager in identifying, analyzing, and structuring key business opportunities and challenges across the Fashion business.
- Conduct business analysis, market research, and performance reviews to support strategic decision-making.
- Translate business priorities into actionable project plans, timelines, and follow-up actions.
- Drive day-to-day coordination and PMO activities to ensure initiatives progress according to plan.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Retail, Digital, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, Procurement, and Finance) to support execution of key initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare business updates, performance reports, and presentation materials for leadership discussions.
- Support execution of strategic and operational projects from ideation through implementation.
- Track business performance metrics and help identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and process improvement.
- Ensure decisions and action items are followed through and translated into measurable outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, project management, or related roles.
- Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, startup, or high-growth environments is preferred.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Data-literate and comfortable working with business performance data and dashboards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and presentation tools.
- Experience in consumer, retail, fashion, marketplace, or luxury industries is a plus.
