Install Growth: Design and manage features/mechanics that drive ShopeePay app installs.
MAU Growth: Own initiatives that convert installed users into monthly active users — onboarding flows, re-engagement triggers, habit-forming features, and retention mechanics.
MTU Growth: Develop features that convert active users into monthly transacting users — reducing friction in the first transaction, incentive structures, and use-case expansion to drive repeat transaction behavior.
Feature Exploration: Continuously identify and test new growth levers — new feature concepts, engagement mechanics — through structured experimentation (A/B testing, pilot rollouts).
Feature Refinement: Analyze performance of existing growth features, diagnose underperformance, and iterate on mechanics, UX, and incentive design to improve conversion at each funnel stage.
Stakeholder Management: Present growth roadmap, experiment results, and strategic recommendations to leadership (e.g., Director, senior product stakeholders).

Requirements

3-5 years of Product Management experience, ideally in consumer apps, fintech, e-commerce, or growth-focused product roles.
Proven track record of driving measurable growth in install, activation, or engagement metrics.
Strong analytical skills — interpreting funnel/cohort data to make product decisions.
Experience designing and running A/B tests and translating results into product iterations.
Familiarity with growth loops, funnel optimization, and behavioral/incentive design.
Proficient in Figma — able to independently design, prototype, and iterate on UX/UI flows and mockups to communicate feature concepts to design/engineering without waiting on a designer for every iteration.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally across engineering, design, data, and business teams.
Bonus: experience in digital payments/wallets, e-commerce cross-sell mechanics, or Southeast Asian markets.
