Job Description

Responsibilities

Act as the primary bridge between business clients and the IT development team, translating business needs into technical specifications.
Analyze and optimize business processes, with a focus on IT-driven solutions, automation, and system integration.
Define project scope, manage requirements, and oversee implementation as the key coordinator.
Design and adjust data structures, system inputs/outputs, and user workflows.
Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and developers to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with business goals.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating system performance and user feedback after rollout.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
3+ years in Business Process Improvement, IT Business Analysis, or a similar client-facing technical role.
Strong understanding of data structures, system design, and software development lifecycles.
Proven skill in process mapping, requirement gathering, and project coordination.
Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with process modeling tools and familiarity with enterprise systems.
