Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary bridge between business clients and the IT development team, translating business needs into technical specifications.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes, with a focus on IT-driven solutions, automation, and system integration.
  • Define project scope, manage requirements, and oversee implementation as the key coordinator.
  • Design and adjust data structures, system inputs/outputs, and user workflows.
  • Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and developers to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with business goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating system performance and user feedback after rollout.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 3+ years in Business Process Improvement, IT Business Analysis, or a similar client-facing technical role.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, system design, and software development lifecycles.
  • Proven skill in process mapping, requirement gathering, and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with process modeling tools and familiarity with enterprise systems.
