A multinational Tobacco company is looking for a professional challenger as a Business Process Improvement Specialist.
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science/Technology or Management
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- Good operating Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Power Point & Visio)
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Analytical thinking, teamwork, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, result-orientation, and business acumen
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General in Tobacco or FMCG.
Job Description :
- Maintain and update Policy, SOP, Work Instruction/Guidelines and its documentations
- Hands-on experience in process improvement is required (eg business process mapping & reeingineering,continuous improvement)
- Understand risk management concept (is an advantage)
