Role Description

This is a flexible-time, hybrid role based in Jakarta for a Business Partner. The Business Partner will be responsible for fostering and developing strong relationships with stakeholders, collaborating across teams to align business goals, and driving strategic initiatives to meet organizational objectives. The role includes analyzing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective strategies that contribute to business growth and success. Additionally, the Business Partner will be responsible for supporting operational excellence and optimizing resource utilization within the organization.

• Strong business acumen and experience in strategic planning, business development, and operational management
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including skills in data interpretation and identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Proven project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines
• Familiarity with leadership principles, change management, and organizational development practices
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and contribute to cross-functional initiatives
• Proficiency in relevant business tools and software
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, with relevant work experience
