Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 6–10+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or consulting
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in process improvement or transformation initiatives
