What does day-to-day look like
- Oversee the daily operations of retail stores, ensuring smooth execution of processes, adherence to SOPs, and operational effectiveness & efficiency.
- Implement strategies to improve store productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience across all retail locations.
- Manage inventory control, supply chain coordination, and stock replenishment to ensure optimal product availability and minimize losses.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and service standards to maintain store excellence.
- Lead, train, and develop store teams to drive performance, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational performance data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and merchandising, to align operational strategies with business goals.
- Sales monitoring daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly
- Build & maintain a good relationship with the Mall management team
What does amazing look like
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management, or other related fields.
- 4-6 years of experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or FMCG. Proven track record in driving sales & scaling multi-store operations. (Highly preferable in the Retail Fashion & Apparel industry).
- Strong understanding of Retail Operations Management & SOP Implementation
- Experience with Inventory Control & Supply Chain Coordination.
- Strong communication (written & verbal) and team player skills.
- Highly organized, process-driven, and understand customer experiences process.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Able to adjust and provide support during busy times when the business needs it.
