Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ciputat for a Business Manager (B2B & B2C) at Beeme Indonesia. The Business Manager will lead and oversee the expansion of both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) operations. Responsibilities include cultivating strong partnerships, driving business growth, supervising market strategies, and ensuring successful product distribution. The role also entails evaluating revenue growth opportunities, managing sales teams, and maintaining alignment with company goals.

  • Proven experience in B2C Business more than 5 years.
  • Strong skills in B2B and B2C business management, including sales strategy creation and revenue growth planning
  • Experience in building and cultivating partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in team leadership, project management, and strategic planning
  • Strong understanding of market trends, customer behavior analysis, and competitive analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Experience in the skincare or consumer goods industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant software for business management
