Position Overview
The BMS Staff will play a key role in managing and controlling BMS documentation, ensuring compliance with internal standards, ISO requirements, and regulatory obligations. This role also provides administrative support to the Audit & Compliance function and works closely with document owners across the organization.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage the end-to-end BMS document process (Issued for Use / IFU)
- Reformat and standardize BMS documents according to company standards
- Coordinate document review and approval with document owners
- Upload and maintain BMS documents on the corporate intranet
- Ensure all BMS documents are registered, updated, and accessible
- Support ISO 9001 implementation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote compliance, ethical conduct, and Health & Safety policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in business management systems, document control, quality, or compliance.
- Have basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 37301.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Visio, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, & MS Team.
- Good English and Bahasa Indonesia (written & reading).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
