This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Management professional located in Surabaya. Responsibilities include overseeing business operations, developing and executing business plans, analyzing organizational performance, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also requires the management of customer relationships, ensuring exceptional service strategies are implemented, and effective communication with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with teams, stakeholders, and customers.
• Experience in Customer Service, with a focus on ensuring high satisfaction and relationship management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in property development, real estate, or project management is an advantage.
