Your Main Duties In Flying With Us
- Review and validate data
- Gathering end user reporting and dashboard requirements
- Deliver analysis, insights, reporting, data marts, and tools to support the business team
- Explore various datasets to generate insights, conclusions and recommendations
- Build & maintain data mart and dashboards for tracking business OKR and initiatives
- Identify product or business opportunities and support growth with experimentations and recommendations
Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare
- Min 3 years experience in BI or Data Analyst role
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills
- The ability to work both as a team and independently
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize daily tasks while being goal-oriented
- Practical knowledge in SQL and Data Visualization and Reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Data Studio)
- Good understanding in statistical summary and inference (hypothesis testing: t-test, ANOVA, etc)
- Practical knowledge of programing languages (e.g. Python, Shell) and Python/R for statistical analysis
