Job Description

Responsibilities

Design, build, and continuously refine executive dashboards covering Revenue & TPV, P&L metrics, cloud costs, and other operational metrics.
Establish and enforce a single source of truth across Finance, BD, Product, Operations, and Risk.
Define and document metric logic, calculation methodologies, and governance standards to ensure consistency and clarity across the organization.
Ensure alignment between management reporting and financial/statutory views in partnership with Finance.
Align cross-functional stakeholders on metric ownership and accountability.
Translate complex datasets into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for leadership.
Partner with Data Engineering to strengthen data integrity, improve automation, and enhance reporting reliability.

Requirements

47 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics.
Demonstrated ownership of cross-functional executive dashboards.
Strong SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with BI tools (Metapods, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
Solid understanding of unit economics, cohort analysis, and P&L dynamics.
Experience presenting structured insights to senior stakeholders.
Background in fintech, payments, marketplace, or high-growth tech environments preferred.
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-scaling, ambiguous environment.
Investor Relations exposure and/or hands-on experience supporting fundraising processes, including due diligence process, is a strong plus.
