We're looking for a curious, detail-oriented BI Developer who loves building dashboards, uncovering trends, and transforming data into actionable insights that drive business growth.
What You'll Do :
- Build interactive dashboards and reports that visualize business performance
- Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to solve real business problems
- Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Present findings and recommendations that support key business decisions
- Ensure data quality and continuously improve reporting and visualization methods
- Work on high-impact analytics projects that contribute directly to company growth
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Data/AI, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience
- min 2 years experience as BI Developer/ Tableau Dev/ Database Engineer or similar role
- Strong analytical mindset and storytelling skills with data
- Proficient in SQL (preferably on cloud data warehouses)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Familiar with data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data pipelines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-based environment
- Strong communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
- Bonus: Python (pandas, matplotlib), Excel advanced analytics, or Git
