Drive the growth of the cash loan business by increasing customer acquisition, optimizing conversion rates, and ensuring sustainable disbursement volume in line with company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and execute initiatives to increase cash loan applications and disbursements.
- Monitor and analyze funnel performance to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Risks, and Operations to optimize customer journey and reduce drop-offs.
- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly growth performance.
- Ensure growth activities comply with internal guidelines and risk policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in business growth, strategy role, or lending industry
- Comfortable working with data to analyze performance (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).
- Proven track record of achieving growth targets in previous roles.
- Target-oriented with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with cash loans or lending products is an advantage.
