We are entering a disciplined growth phase and are looking for a hands-on Growth Manager to drive revenue and partnerships.
As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for building pipeline, closing deals and growing key accounts across Meteor.ID's service and product offerings. This is an execution-focused role with a clear promotion path to Head of Growth based on performance. You will work directly with the CEO and COO.
Key Responsibilities
Own and grow the sales pipeline (services, projects, and product-led deals)
Drive new business development and strategic partnerships
Manage key client relationships and account expansion
Coordinate with delivery and technology teams to close and execute deals
Support go-to-market efforts for early-stage products (MVP)
Success Metrics (What We Care About)
Deal conversion and revenue closed
Client retention and upsell
Collaboration with delivery teams
Requirements
>4 years experience in B2B sales, business development, or growth roles
Background in IT services, digital consulting, or SaaS is strongly preferred
Proven track record in closing deals
Comfortable working directly with founders and senior leadership
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Self-starter mindset with high ownership
English speaking is a must
