Business Fulfillment Lead

What you will do

• Monitor and orchestrate cluster fulfillment of performance across service level, productivity, capacity, and operational cost.
• Analyze the gap between current performance and business targets, identify key issues, and drive improvement actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Bridge commercial demand with fulfillment capability by working closely with Commercial, Stock Management, and Fulfillment Operation teams.
• Monitor business dynamics within the cluster and translate changes in demand, customer behavior, and commercial priorities into appropriate fulfillment actions.
• Define and monitor fulfillment of service standards (OTIFQ) across different channels within the cluster.
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency, including manpower, supply, and third-party operational costs.
• Lead cluster fulfillment improvement initiatives and innovation pilots to improve service, productivity, and scalability.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to resolve capacity gaps and operational issues.
• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to support fulfillment and business decisions.

What you will need

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, operations, or business operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business decisions.
• Good understanding of fulfillment, distribution, inventory, and operational processes.
• Strong ability to manage and analyze operational KPIs, service levels, productivity, and cost performance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly operational environment, including regular field visits.
• Strong ownership, execution capability, and ability to drive initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
