Job Description
As the Business Director Indonesia, your main responsibilities will include:
- Driving strategic initiatives in order to enhance client relationships and business growth.
- Leading sales efforts to achieve revenue targets and market share expansion.
- Leveraging the use of digital solutions to drive market penetration.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Monitoring industry trends and identifying new opportunities for growth in Indonesia.
- Building and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Leading, developing and coaching sales-driven team members to deliver strong business growths.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in the financial services sector.
- Providing leadership and guidance to the sales team to enhance overall performance.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Working closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Operations in both local and regional market, to ensure alignment in sales processes, product fit, and implementation timelines.
- Reporting on progress and presenting insights to senior management to support strategic decisions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Director is expected to possess well-communication in both Bahasa and English, and a strong understanding of the local trends. You will also have to come from similar industries
(B2B Financial Services, Fin-Tech).
- A degree in business, finance, or a related field from reputable university.
- At least 18+ years of working experience of sales experience with deep client relationship (B2B within financial services, or a B2B2C).
- Ideally, you will have a combined working experience in global banks + fin-tech companies.
- We will only process profiles of candidates who stayed more than 3 years in each company.
- Proven experience in client management and sales within the financial services / fin-tech industry.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a results-driven approach.
- Strategic and analytical thinker who drives innovation.
- Passion in technology in order to stay ahead of its competition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- An in-depth understanding of the Indonesian market and regulatory environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and identify opportunities.
