DACHIN's managed brands span across two categories: Lifestyle (Ecentio, Freemir, COOGER), and Consumer Electronics (INBEX). Each brand achieves remarkable sales performance on various online marketplace platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Based in Bali Area, willing to cover the surrounding area and travel as needed.
- Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
- Proven experience with more than 1 years in leading the business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition team, and prior leadership responsibilities.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Target-driven, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Fulfillment, Finance, and HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and maintain the Business Development team to achieve client growth and sales targets.
- Set clear team goals and monitor performance regularly.
- Assist in solving client issues and provide direct support to key accounts.
- Identify and manage new client acquisition, improve repeat and restock rates.
- Analyze performance data and report insights to management.
- Collaborate with Fulfillment, Finance, and HR to ensure operational alignment.
