Incentive Calculation Support: Prepare the monthly activity data required to calculate commissions and bonuses for agents, ensuring all booked deals are accounted for.
Meeting & Event Coordination: Handle the logistics for agent gathering events, dealer training sessions, or micro-marketing booths in traditional markets or malls.
Pipeline Progress Reporting: Compile daily funnel reports that track the volume of applications at each stage (e.g., survey, committee, disbursement) to keep the team updated.
Digital Inquiry Handling: Manage initial front-line customer interactions via the company's official WhatsApp Business or social media accounts to answer basic product FAQs.
Competitor Pricing Monitoring: Conduct weekly mystery shopping or desktop research to gather current interest rates and promo info from other multifinance competitors.
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree from Business related major preferably.
