Business Development & Strategic Project Manager

Job Description:

• Exploring various possible avenues to grow our business, whether organic or in-organic trough joint-venture, collaborations, acquisitions or any other possible way
• Conducting various feasibility study by having cross departmental collaboration to find ways to have value-added from our existing businesses.
• Lead for any due-diligence process for each projects covering commercial, financial and legal due diligence .
• Negotiation of commercial points to be locked in the JVA or CSPA or any other transaction documents.
• Preparing presentation deck for investment approval proposal.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation in relation to business development activities (i.e. terms sheet, MOU, JV Agreement, Sale & Purchase Agreement).

Job Requirements:

• Engineering Degree from Tier 1 University with Specialization in one of the following streams Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing/ Industrial and Food Technology;
• MBA or other professional degree/certification are the plus;
• 8-10 years of working experience in business analytics, management consultancy, manufacturing, agritechnology, commodity trading, generalist functions;
• Have experience in Join Venture (JV) in consulting companies.
• Exposure to Oil Palm/ Edible oil/ commodity industry is a plus;
• Must have strong analytic, excel modelling, Power Points, Project management and effective communication skills;
• Team player with go get attitude, comfortable working in unstructured conditions;
• Professional level oral and written skills in English as well as Indonesian Bahasa;
